How can I change an item in my order?

If the parcel has not yet been sent, it is in some cases possible to make changes to the order.

If you have used Klarna as a payment method, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes to the order.

How do I check if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Do you have an EasyToys account? Then you can also see the status of your order there.

Has your order not been shipped yet?

Please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Your full name
  • Name, size, colour and article number of the items you want to change.

It is not possible to make an additional payment. The item you want to change must therefore have the same price.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will still be able to change the order as it is often shipped the same day.
