Would you like to return an item? Then follow the steps below.

Step 1: Make sure your return meets our return requirements

• The items you wish to return should be undamaged and packed in their original packaging, if reasonably possible.
• If it is a hygiene item, the seal must be intact.
• Some of our items cannot be returned, read more about our exceptions.

Step 2: Submit your return via the return form

It's important to submit your return via the Easytoys webshop you used to place your order. Click on yours in the below list to directly go to the relevant return form:

Make sure to include the following information when submitting the form:

• Order number
• Item number of the items you wish to return
• If applicable, please also state clearly if an item is faulty or if you would like a different lingerie size, for example.

Step 3: Use the return label

Once you have registered your return, we will send you the return documents including the return label for the free return by e-mail. Also check your SPAM, as with some e-mail providers the mail may end up in that folder.

Step 4: Drop off your return at the carrier point

• Print the return label and stick it on your parcel.
• Then hand in the parcel at the carrier point (return carriers differ per country).

You can follow the status of your parcel via the Track & Trace of the return shipment.

You will be notified by us within 48 hours of receiving your return.
