We get it — after opening your advent calendar, you might still have a few questions. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about charging, safety, and the products themselves.

• Box 01 includes one magnetic charging cable that fits all the rechargeable items in both calendars. Simply attach the cable to the two magnetic connection points on the toy. The other end of the cable has both a USB and a USB-C option, so you can plug it into a suitable adapter.

• Yes, all electronic toys in both calendars have a travel lock, which prevents the toy from accidentally switching on during storage or travel.

  Activating the travel lock: make sure the toy is switched off, then quickly tap the power button twice. The light will flash twice and the toy will vibrate twice to confirm. While the lock is active, the toy won't respond to button presses; if you press a button anyway, the light will flash twice as a reminder.

  Deactivating the travel lock: tap the power button twice again. The light will flash three times and the toy will vibrate three times, confirming it's unlocked and ready to use.

  Please note: you can only activate the travel lock while the toy is switched off. Charging the product automatically deactivates the travel lock.

• The remote control for the Hulda Vibrating Egg (Box 15, Deluxe) is the only part in either calendar that runs on a CR2032 battery instead of being rechargeable. A suitable battery is already included — just pull out the visible plastic tab to activate the remote. To replace the battery later, unscrew the small screw on the remote's battery compartment.
• Most of the toys in both calendars are at least splash-proof, and many are water-resistant or fully waterproof. The only exception is the Glacier Masturbator (Box 20, Deluxe): this one isn't waterproof.
• Absolutely, both calendars are suitable for all couples. Just keep in mind that both calendars include a few toys designed specifically for either a penis or a vagina. The Midrange calendar includes 2 products for the penis and 3 for the vagina, while the Deluxe includes 3 penis products and 5 vagina products.
