When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive the so-called Track & Trace code. Please be aware that the Track & Trace code becomes active once the parcel reaches the local carrier — outside the Netherlands this can take up to 4–6 working days from dispatch. You can track the status on the carrier's own website. You'll find the carrier per country, and a link to their tracking tool, in the table below.
| Country | Carrier |
|---|---|
| Netherlands | PostNL |
| Belgium | PostNL |
| United Kingdom | UPS |
| Germany | DHL |
| Austria | Austrian Post |
| France | Colissimo (home) / Chronopost (pickup point) |
| Spain | Correos (home) / CTT (pickup point) |
| Italy | GLS (home) / DPD (pickup point) |
| Poland | InPost |
No updates showing in your tracking?
If you notice that tracking hasn't been updated for a while, or your order seems to have stalled somewhere along the way, this is usually down to the delivery service being busy. We understand that can be frustrating.
We'd recommend giving it another 5-7 working days. If you still don't see any new updates after that, feel free to get in touch with us. We'll then start an investigation with the courier and be happy to help you further.
