What happens if the online tracking indicates ¨returned to sender¨?

In case the courier reports that your order has been returned to sender, it means it will not be delivered and you will get your money back.

Our sincere apologies if this happened unexpectedly. We advise you to place a new order. It can take up to 10 working days for the return to be processed in our warehouse and for the refund to be issued.

Reasons for returning a parcel to sender may include:

  • A transport incident, i.e. a damaged parcel;
  • An incomplete or incorrect delivery address;
  • After several attempts, impossible to deliver the parcel;
  • Parcel has not been collected from the collection point after 1 week.
