Delivery only to your address, not to a neighbour 

Your order is delivered to the address you provided. Not home at the time of delivery? In the Netherlands, your parcel won't be left with a neighbour — instead, it will be taken to the nearest PostNL point, where you can collect it later. You'll receive a notification once your parcel is ready for collection.

In some other countries, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour instead. If that's not possible, the parcel will be taken to a nearby collection point.
